ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ the Office

The Citizens' Oversight Committee (COC) is made up of a minimum of seven qualified members of the community who are appointed by the Delta College Board of Trustees. The Committee is responsible for reviewing expenditures related to the College's Measure L and Measure K bonds and informing the public concerning the expenditure of the bond proceeds.

We thank the Committee members for their service, and local taxpayers for their generous support of Delta College!

Delta Delivers For Our Community

Delta College is grateful to taxpayers for approving the Measure K bond in November 2024. This much-needed infusion of money for facilities improvements will benefit our students for generations to come.

Looking Back at Measure L

Exciting news! With the grand reopening of the Chase Chevrolet Athletic Complex in November 2025, Delta's Measure L bond program is complete.

Approved in 2004, Measure L was Delta’s first bond in more than 30 years and marked a major investment in the College’s future. From the creation of the South Campus at Mountain House to a new barn at the Manteca Farm, along with a centralized student services building and modern science facilities in Stockton, Measure L helped transform Delta’s campuses and better support students.
