On-Campus Publications
Delta Winds
Delta Winds is an annual publication of student essays from courses in the English program at Delta College. The collection of expository writings includes reflective personal narratives and analytical social commentaries. Essays from the magazine have been republished in English composition textbooks by Bedford/St. Martin's Press, Roxbury Press, Thomson Press, Longman Publishing, Norton and Company, and Holt, Rinehart, and Winston.
Delta Winds is used as a supplementary text for a number of composition courses. In the English 87 and 79 programs, essays from the magazine have formed the basis for writing prompts in the final evaluation of a student's writing skills. Submit essays to deltawindsforstudents@gmail.com.

During National Library Week, students present their favorite works to the public.
Students often present their work at poetry readings in the Stockton community; in fact, Delta College poets have been showcased at both Barnes & Noble and Maxwell's Bookmark.
