Delta's Emergency Alert Notification System
Delta College is one of the safest places in Stockton. But in the rare event of an emergency, we must ensure that students, staff, and community members receive information as quickly as possible. Delta's new partnership with Rave Mobile Safety allows district police to issue emergency alerts in a matter of seconds. Those alerts can be sent by email, text, and voice message, and will be automatically posted on the website and the College's social media platforms. We hope you'll take full advantage of this opportunity to stay informed!
How to get started
If you have a current @ deltacollege.edu or @ mustangs.deltacollege.eduemail address, you canlog on and create your account on .
Sign in using your current Delta College email address. You will then be prompted to complete the registration process. You can update your contact information and choose your notification preferences.
In addition, anyone in the Stockton or community can sign up to receive alerts by text message.

Mustang Alert! is the official safety app of ӰƵ. It is the only app that integrates with ӰƵ's safety and security systems. The District Police Department has worked to develop a unique app that provides students, faculty and staff with added safety on the ӰƵ campus. The app will send you important safety alerts and provide instant access to campus safety resources.
Mustang Alert! features include:
- Emergency Contacts: Contact the correct services for the ӰƵ area in case of an emergency or a non-emergency concern
- Mobile Bluelight: Send your location to ӰƵ security in real-time in case of a crisis
- Friend Walk: Send your location to a friend through email or SMS on your device. Once the friend accepts the Friend Walk request, the user picks their destination and their friend tracks their location in real time; they can keep an eye on them to make sure they make it safely to their destination.
- Report a Tip: Multiple ways to report a safety/security concern directly to ӰƵ security.
- Campus Maps: Navigate around the ӰƵ area.
- Emergency Plans: Campus emergency documentation that can prepare you for disasters or emergencies. This can be accessed even when users aren’t connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data.
- Health & Wellness Resources: Access support resources in one convenient app to enjoy a successful experience at ӰƵ.
- Safety Notifications: Receive instant notifications and instructions from ӰƵ safety when on-campus emergencies occur.
