Step into the stories of Chicana and Latina activists from Stockton through an immersive Virtual Reality experience. The VR Chicana Testimonial Project, led by Dr. Nancy Huante Tzintzun (Sacramento State), documents and honors the lived histories of our community’s leaders and organizers. The event includes interviews with our own Board of Trustees President Janet Rivera and Digital Media Professor Adriana Brogger. This powerful collaboration between Sacramento State, local nonprofit NOPAL, and Delta College brings our histories to life in innovative ways, allowing you to experience testimonios that celebrate resilience, cultura, and activism.Ìý
