Rebuild your academic journey at Delta, no matter your past! The Phoenix Project supports students who are currently or formerly incarcerated, as well as those impacted by the justice system. 

Our goal is to provide access to higher education, mentorship, and supportive services that help participants successfully transition into college life and pursue their academic and career goals. By fostering a sense of community and offering tailored guidance, the Phoenix Project empowers students to break cycles, build brighter futures, and thrive in their educational journey.

 

Directly support students with:

  1. One-on-one advising
  2. Textbook Vouchers
  3. Free school supplies
  4. Computer access and printing
  5. Student lounge space
  6. Educational workshops and events
  7. Social/community building events

Assist students with:

  1. Housing insecurity
  2. Food insecurity
  3. Transportation barriers
  4. Financial emergencies
  5. Employment
  6. Mental health and wellness
  7. Physical health and wellness
  8. Financial Aid and Registration
